Common questions
answered.
Severe toothache, knocked-out or broken teeth, dental abscesses, lost fillings or crowns causing pain, and significant soft tissue injuries all qualify as emergencies. When in doubt, call us.
Keep the tooth moist — place it back in the socket if possible, or store it in milk or between your cheek and gum. Call us immediately. Time is critical for saving a knocked-out tooth.
Our standard hours run until 7:00 pm Monday to Thursday and 5:30 pm on Fridays. For after-hours emergencies, call us and follow the instructions on our voicemail for the nearest after-hours service.
Costs depend on the treatment required. We will provide a clear estimate before proceeding and discuss payment options including AfterPay and Zip Pay if needed.
Over-the-counter pain relief such as ibuprofen can help. Avoid very hot or cold food and drinks. Do not put aspirin directly on the gum — call us for tailored advice.
